Pengenalan Critical Academic Conversation (CAC)

Nowadays, the plurality of religious traditions and cultures has to characterize every part of the world. In our beloved country, Malaysia, the occurrence of this phenomenon is still not obviously spreading to the people. As we all know, the concept of pluralism is not just tolerance, but also the active seeking of understanding across lines of difference. This programme will be critically exposed the ways of Muslims should handle or deal with the doubts on Islam by those people who are non-Muslims, especially. Moreover, this programme also will be helped a lot for purification of our belief such like free-from associating the God beside Allah Almighty. Thus, it will revive spirits of doing dakwah to Muslims and non Muslims.

Objectives for organizing CAC are as follows :

1. To produce intellectuals and professionals who love in acquiring knowledge with creative and critical thinking that possesses the values of Taqwa.

2. To enlighten about issues of pluralism.

3. To equip participants with basic comparative religion knowledge.

4. To eliminate misconceptions about Islam.

5. To revive the purification of belief, faith, knowledge of Islam among Muslims ummah.

6. To revive spirits of dakwah and islah

7. To actualize the 1Malaysia in achieving unity by better understanding others' faith and way of life.
